Former President of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and gold medallist Chartered Accountant, Mr Rathi is a founder of Anand Rathi Group having 53+ years of diverse experience; he is one of the leading financial and investment experts in India and South-East Asia. Served Aditya Birla group for over 25 years, he was also the youngest President of Indian Rayon (Now known as Aditya Birla Nuvo) and played a vital role in setting up their cement and financial service business. He also initiated various reforms in BSE like Trade Guarantee Fund, on-line surveillance system etc. He was also instrumental in setting up the Central Depository Services (CDS).

Mr Rathi founded Anand Rathi Financial Services in 1994, which has PAN India as well as International presence. It is a leading full service integrated financial services company , offering a wide range of financial services and wealth management solutions to institutions, corporations, high–net worth individuals and families. The firm has rapidly expanded its footprint to over 350 locations across India with international presence in Dubai. The group today employs over 2,500 professionals throughout India and its international offices.

In 2007 Citigroup Venture Capital International joined the group as a financial partner.

Having 36 years of rich experience in Human Resource and previously working with Aditya Birla Group, Mr Purohit is the Executive Director of Anand Rathi IT Private Limited., he has been instrumental in establishing back office foundation with a team of 400+ employees. Anand Rathi IT Private Limited, Jodhpur works as a back office of Anand Rathi Group covering various departments like Operation, Branch Accounts , Call Centre and IT support.

Mr Purohit joined ARIT-Jodhpur, at the time of its Inception and has played a pivotal role in establishing the Back office foundation since then.

An Arjun Awardee and a former Indian Volleyball Team Captain is also the Director of Anand Rathi Power Project Private Limited and Rathi IT Solutions Private Limited.

Dr Goswami has over 25 years of experience in technology innovation, enterprise architecture, product development, product/service delivery, client management, and team mentoring in start-up, mid-size and large engineering and IT companies of global repute. Before joining Anand Rathi IT group as its CTO, Dr Goswami spent several years working with GE Transportation, GE-Harris Railway Electronics, Infogain Inc. in leadership roles.

Dr Goswami is an active participant in national and international forums in areas of digital transformation, AI/ML, IoT and enterprise architecture. He has been on review panels of the World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS) and the Journal of Engineering Research (TJER, Oman). Dr Goswami did his Ph.D. and Masters, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, USA.
